Small tweaks that made reading easier

What’s one habit or tool that genuinely made reading less exhausting after your vision changed? In sessions this week I saw two clients go from 10 to 30 minutes by switching on high-contrast mode, bumping to 20-point text, and adding a $15 LED desk lamp. I got the biggest boost by switching to Atkinson Hyperlegible and bumping “line height” and margins in Kindle — less crowding means I track longer without losing my place. High-contrast tires me, so I use a warm off‑white background and a 2700K lamp instead — anyone else have a sweet spot for line spacing around 1.6–1.8?
